These groups include symphonic band, marching band, jazz band, pep band, and color guard, all of which are comprised of talented musicians and performers ranging from 7th to 12th grade. SOUTH LAUREL BANDS
The easiest way to show your love to the band is to watch!
The South Laurel Band puts on several performances a year for the community, including concerts, the Cardinal Classic, and football and basketball games. Two favorites are “Dinner and All That Jazz,” held each year in early spring, and “Pops in the Park,” held in early May. We would love to see your face in the audience!
South Laurel Bands also hosts fundraisers throughout the year to fund the competitive season. Another way to show your love is to volunteer! Volunteers are an important part of the band’s success, and we would love for you to join the band family. For more information, to donate to your favorite band member, or to find this season’s volunteer opportunities, check out our support pages.
